  • Do you offer mobile repair services (repairs at home or office)?
    Not currently, but this is something we would like to do in the future!
  • Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
    Yes! We provide warranties on most repairs, typically 30 days, depending on the type of service performed and the parts used. Warranties are at Phone Lab's discretion, if we have any customers who are disorderly towards Phone Lab employees warranties will not be executed. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Do you sell accessories for electronics?
    Yes, we carry a variety of accessories such as phone cases, screen protectors, chargers, headphones, laptop bags, and more. You can browse and shop our selection in-store.
  • Do you offer repair services for gaming consoles?
    Yes, we repair gaming consoles such as PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. Common repairs include fixing power issues, HDMI port replacements, and we can address other hardware issues, too.
  • Does Phone Lab offer different payments options?
    Yes! We have many ways to pay and we even offer awesome financing options! We accept - Visa - Mastercard - American Express - Discover - Zelle - Venmo - CashApp - Apple Pay - Samsung Pay We also have a partnership with Zip.co that offers zero interest payback payments if you are in need of money until your next paycheck!
  • Do you offer same-day repairs?
    Yes, we offer same-day repairs for many common issues such as screen replacements, battery changes, and charging port repairs, depending on availability of parts.
  • Can I get my phone unlocked at your store?
    Yes, we provide unlocking services for compatible phones, allowing you to switch to a different carrier. Please ensure that the phone meets the eligibility requirements for unlocking.
  • Can you fix liquid damage?
    Liquid damage can be tricky, but we can often perform a cleaning and diagnostic service to assess the damage. In some cases, repairs may be possible depending on the extent of the water damage. Water damage treatment starts at $65 and depending how bad it is, it could cost more.
  • How can I pay for my repair?
    We accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and Apple Cash.
  • What types of parts do you use for repairs?
    We use high-quality, durable parts for all repairs. We recommend original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts to maintain the performance and integrity of your device.
  • Is there a diagnostic fee?
    Some repairs may require a diagnostic fee, especially if the issue is not immediately apparent. However, this fee is often credited towards the cost of your repair if you choose to proceed with the service.
  • What should I do before bringing in my device for repair?
    For security and privacy reasons, we recommend backing up your data and removing any personal accounts (e.g., Apple ID, Google account) before bringing in your device. We are not responsible for data loss.
  • How long does a typical repair take?
    Repair times vary depending on the device and issue. Most smartphone screen repairs take around 30-60 minutes, while more complex repairs (like motherboard replacements) may take a few days. Your time frame may not be specific due to our current workload. We may also have a huge influx of customers in which that would slow down estimated times. Thank you for your patience.
  • Do I need an appointment for a repair?
    While we accept walk-ins, we recommend scheduling an appointment for faster service, especially for more complex repairs or if you're bringing in multiple devices.
  • How long does a battery last?
    If you get a battery replacement at Phone Lab, It comes with warranty up to year. Most of the time batteries last 3 to 4 years in moderation. This depends on your charging habits. Let me explain. If you leave your phone charging over night this will rapidly deplete your batteries occupancy.
  • Do you repair Apple products?
    Yes, we repair all types of Apple products including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and more. Our technicians are trained to handle repairs for Apple devices, including screen replacements, battery changes, and other common issues.
  • Do you repair broken TVs or home entertainment systems?
    Yes, but only if its a power supply issue. The screen replacements cost just as much as the TV if you were to buy it brand new,
